1. Eligibility: Unopened, unused items in original packaging. Return requests within 07 days of receipt.

2. Non-Returnable: Opened/used products, gift cards, promotional items.

3. Return Process: Contact support@aimanscent.pk You bear return shipping costs. Items inspected upon receipt.

4. Refunds: Approved returns refunded to the original payment method. Partial refunds for items not in original condition or returned after 07 days.

5. Late Refunds: Check bank/credit card statement, contact bank, then reach out to support@aimanscent.pk if still missing.

6. Exchanges: For defective or damaged items only. Contact support@aimanscent.pk

7. Shipping: Return to: Street No 12 Jinnah Avenue Bahria Town Karachi-Pakistan. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
